US domestic shipping

Ground shipping is free in the continental United States with orders of $75 or more. Currently, our website only accommodates shipments within the contiguous United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.

We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. If you have questions regarding your return, please contact us at oseanhair@gmail.com

14 Days to Return

Osean offers products of integrity. All items purchased from OSEANHAIR.COM must be returned to OSEANHAIR.COM. Similarly, Osean can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on OSEANHAIR.COM. Product purchased from our salon partners should be returned to the salon. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email OSEANHAIR@GMAIL.COM for return instructions. A return authorization number will be issued once products are sent back. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
